They went from being great liabilities to valued assets in their community. Bernard's life verse for the young people is: "For I know the plans I have for you says the Lord, they are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. " (Jeremiah 29:11 NLT).Bernard’s super charged personality and warm smile is very contagious, to young and old alike. His ability to meet people where they are and change the temperature of any conversation, is one of his greatest attributes. This powerful, God-given gift helps to save lives, one person at a time.
